Lorraine specializes in assisting clients to break free from amongst others, depression, anxiety, past trauma, low self-esteem and confidence and self-love. In her coaching with you, Lorraine will assist you to unlock your purpose and find your shape in the world. You will be more self-aware as you realise that your current reality is not truth. She will assist you in identifying unhealthy thinking patterns and beliefs that are not serving you and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you explore new narratives so that you can be the architect of your own destiny and live your life with intention. You will find a safe space for learning and insight that will result in self-correction, generation and sustained change.

Psychedelic Therapy

Lorraine specializes in assisting clients to break free from amongst others, depression, anxiety, past trauma, low self-esteem and confidence and self-love. Alternative treatment is provided for letting go of and healing from past trauma, depression, healing your inner child. This is a full day treatment which includes pre-coaching, therapy session and post coaching.
